The building provides 10 apartments of various sizes and design on four floors. Prices start at 149.000 Euros. Every apartment has a kitchen area, and fitted bathroom. All have balconies, and some have additional cloakroom facilities. All have independent gas-fired central heating, telephone point, and electricity, water and drainage connections. The building is approached via remote-controlled gates, which are operated via a video security system installed in each apartment.
